Learn about state employment opportunities June 1

On Wednesday, June 1, in partnership with Centro de Informacion, the Work 4 Illinois Central Management Services will present an informative session workshop on state employment opportunities from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Elgin Room at Gail Borden Public Library, 270 N. Grove Ave. in Elgin.

This event is free and open to the public. No registration is required.

The Central Management Services diversity enrichment program workshop covers·what jobs are available, such as accounting, clerical, IT, social workers, and healthcare.

Find out how to apply, what qualifications are required, where to take exams, making sense of job titles and job descriptions, and contacting a free employment counselor.
