NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Wednesday:

Computer Sciences Corp., up $15 to $50.65

The company is buying Hewlett Packard Enterprise's business service unit for $8.5 billion.

Chevron Corp., up $1.58 to $101.77

Shareholders voted down a proposal that would have forced the energy company to take stronger stand on limiting climate change.

Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., down $5.53 to $75.59

The Chinese e-commerce giant said U.S. regulators are investigating its accounting practices.

Microsoft Corp., up 53 cents to $52.12

The company said it will cut 1,850 jobs in its troubled mobile phone business and take a $950 million writedown.

Express Inc., down $1.35 to $14.68

The clothing and accessories chain reported disappointing results and gave weak projections for the rest of the year.

Monsanto Co., up $2.38 to $111.68

German conglomerate Bayer said it's committed to completing its acquisition of the seed company, which said Tuesday that it's open to talks.

Sanofi, up 76 cents to $40.97

The French drugmaker said it wants to replace the entire board of Medivation, which recently rejected a $9.3 billion offer from Sanofi.

Schlumberger NV, up $2.29 to $77.91

Energy companies rose as the price of oil continued to move higher.
