The Israel-based maker of quartz surface products announced that its CEO is resigning to "pursue other interests."
Tailored Brands Inc., up 26 cents to $12.98
Inc. magazine reported that George Zimmer is lining up investors to buy the company he founded and was later ousted from.
Ares Capital Corp., down 36 cents to $14.83
The company announced that it would acquire American Capital for about $3.4 billion.
XenoPort Inc., up $2.48 to $6.88
The biopharmaceutical company agreed to be acquired by Abor Pharmaceuticals for $7.03 in cash.
Cigna Corp., down $5.13 to $126.15
The Wall Street Journal reported that infighting has broken out between Anthem Inc. and Cigna as the two companies seek regulatory approval for their merger.
CF Industries Holdings Inc., down $1.26 to $29.85
The company scrapped its proposed acquisition of Dutch rival OCI, a maker and distributor of industrial chemicals.
