Let public know what is in contract

The recent School district 15 contract of 10 years in length is not only outrageous for the cost to taxpayers of already well-compensated teachers, and it leaves future boards helpless to make decisions, but isn't it illegal to have a contract voted on and passed without letting the public know what is in it?

Doesn't this violate the Open Meetings Act?
