Culver's hosts fundraiser May 24 for employee, mom of 2 killed in accident

A Culver's of Franklin Park team member tragically killed in an automobile accident last month will be remembered at the restaurant by friends, family and co-workers on the evening of Tuesday, May 24.

A very special 'Night of Giving' has been planned from 5-8 p.m. with a portion of sales being directed to the family of Tianna Ramirez. Guests also will be encouraged to make a $1 donation and, in return, will receive a complimentary scoop of frozen custard.

A mother of two young children who lived in Bensenville, Tianna was just 26 years old at the time of her passing and had recently starting working at the Culver's in Franklin Park.

"Our team remains absolutely devastated by the loss of Tianna," said Culver's Manager Nate Smith. "I'm confident that the community will come together to show massive love and support for her family, and hopefully the night will be a healing moment for all of us."

Culver's of Franklin Park is located at 2751 Rose St.
