West Virginia signs Iowa grad transfer

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia has signed Iowa graduate transfer Maurice Fleming to help fill a need in the secondary.
Coach Dana Holgorsen announced Fleming's signing Friday.
The 6-foot, 205-pound cornerback will be eligible immediately.
Fleming had 17 tackles and five pass breakups mostly in a backup role for the Hawkeyes last season.
