Learn the ABCs of playtime at Preschool Fun Fair

One, two, buckle those shoes and get ready for the Schaumburg Park District's Preschool Fun Fair.

The fair is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, May 13, at the Pat Shephard Center, 421 N. Springinsguth Road. Activities include carnival games, pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, train rides and a moon-bounce inflatable.

Picnic food and treats, including hot dogs and cotton candy, will be available for purchase.

"It's a great opportunity for preschool children to interact with their families and enjoy a fun event," said Jeanne Gonzalez, Safety Park and Tot Program coordinator. "There will be plenty of games and prizes."

The fair will be held rain or shine. In the event of rain, festivities will take place inside the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road. Cost is $11 per child or $14 the day of the event.
