Girls soccer: McNally, Chomko power Warren's shutout victory

Natalie McNally and Courtney Chomko each scored twice, and Warren's girls soccer team blanked Round Lake 6-0 in a North Suburban Conferene crossover on Thursday.

Sangjun Hornewer and Teagon Albert also scored. Kayla Malaker, Kaitlyn Chomko, Hornewer, Ayusha Ayalur and Tea'a Milovanovic had assists, as Warren improved to 11-8-1.

Warren keeper Skylar Reilly had 1 save in notching the shutout.

Lake Zurich 4, Antioch 1: Madeline Blasko scored twice for the visiting Bears in the North Suburban crossover.

Abby Mulderink had a goal and an assist for Lake Zurich (11-4-3), and Becca Kubin scored as well. Kristin Brousseau added a pair of assists, and Jasmine Mirabelli contributed an assist.

Antioch (9-6-5) got its lone goal from Lauren Slack, who was assisted by Courtney Coleman.

Grayslake Central 7, Hampshire 0: Quin Garbett had 3 goals and 3 assists for the Rams in their Fox Valley Fox win.

Katie Pearson made 3 saves in earning the shutout.

Vernon Hills 0, Mundelein 0: Alex Napierkowski recorded the shutout for Vernon Hills (7-7-2) with 6 saves.
