Priceline and Glu Mobile slump, ICE and Zillow jump

NEW YORK (AP) - Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq stock market:

IntercontinentalExchange Inc., up $17.51 to $258.49

The operator of the New York Stock Exchange said it doesn't plan to make an offer for London Stock Exchange Group.

Time Warner Inc., up $1.16 to $74.80

The media company reported a larger quarterly profit thanks to strong growth at Turner and HBO.

Zillow Group Inc., $3.02 to $28.08

The real estate website operator raised its projections for the year after it posted strong sales in the first quarter.

Nasdaq

Priceline Group Inc., down $101.60 to $1,253.04

Investors were disappointed with the travel booking site's projections for the current quarter.

Glu Mobile Inc., down 37 cents to $2.30

The mobile games company cut its annual estimates and said it will eliminate 85 jobs, or about 11 percent of its staff.

Avis Budget Group Inc., up $1.47 to $25.01

The rental car company raised its revenue forecast for the year.

Nutrisystem Inc., up $3 to $25.76

The weight-loss company raised its annual guidance after its first-quarter profit and revenue were stronger than expected.

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corp., down $2.62 to $9.50

The sporting goods retailer said warm weather hurt its sales of winter products and sales non-winter items weren't as strong as it expected.
