River Bend debuts wedding venue

A wedding open house will introduce a new outdoor event venue with free admission for all guests on Saturday, May 7, at 10 a.m. at the River Bend Golf Club in Lisle.

Under the tent on the southeast corner of the golf course, you're invited to meet professionals as you browse the vendor showcase, enjoy food samples, sip on champagne, listen to the smooth sounds of musical entertainment, get décor ideas from table and floral displays, and enter a raffle for the chance to win $500 off your outdoor event venue rental fee.

The vendor showcase includes Abbott Party Rental, Beyond Events Catering, North Island Catering, Dario Radio Entertainment, DeEtta's Bakery, Abloom Floral and Gifts, Timothy Whaley Photography and the Lisle Convention and Visitors Bureau.
