Sugo All' Amatriciana

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

Olive oil

Water

Bacon (2-3 slices per person)

Splash of white wine

1 can of chopped tomatoes

Pinch of sugar

Pinch of salt

Sauté onions in olive oil, add a little bit of water. Cut the bacon in small slices and add it to the onion. Stir the ingredients. Add a splash of wine and raise the flame for a few seconds. Add the tomatoes with a pinch of salt and sugar. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Serve over pasta.
