Paddock names 5 vice presidents

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - The Paddock Publications Inc. board of directors announced Wednesday that five executives have been promoted to vice president. They are:

• Managing Editor Jim Baumann

• Director of Strategic Marketing and Innovation Eileen Brown

• Town Square LLC Director Scott Ray

• Human Resources Director Heather Ritter

• Advertising Director Peter Rosengren

The appointments are effective immediately.

"By naming these managers as vice presidents, the board has determined that they possess the knowledge and skill to help lead the company," said Douglas K. Ray, Paddock chairman, CEO and publisher.

"Each vice president operates an important division, and I have confidence that they are best equipped to execute our strategy for the future through innovation, new product development, marketing services and the journalism, which is at the epicenter of our business," Ray said.

In addition, the following officers have been re-elected to the board of directors:

• Chairman Emeritus Daniel E. Baumann

• Chairman, CEO and Publisher Douglas K. Ray

• Vice Chairman, Executive Vice President and Vice President of Administration Robert Y. Paddock Jr.

• President and Chief Operating Officer Scott T. Stone

• Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer/Secretary Kent L. Johnson

• Senior Vice President, Director of Production Stefanie S. Anderson

• Senior Vice President of Circulation James J. Galetano

• Senior Vice President and Editor John A. Lampinen

• Senior Vice President and Director of Content and Strategic Planning Colin M. O'Donnell

• Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technologies Stuart R. Paddock III

• Assistant Secretary Kristine Wilson.
