Girls soccer: Wisniewski paces shutout victory for Wauconda

Wauconda's girls soccer team improved to 10-0-2 with a 5-0 victory against Round Lake on Tuesday.

Kayla Wisniewski had 2 goals and an assist for the Bulldogs.

Goalie Jillian Rejczyk had 3 saves for Wauconda.

Vernon Hills 11, North Chicago 0: Goalies Cassie Pappano and Alex Napierkowski combined for the shutout for Vernon Hills.

Gabrielle Jezorski and Becky Bahlmann each had 2 goals for the Cougars, who move to 6-6-1.

Lakes 4, Grant 2: Lakes shot out to a 3-0 lead by halftime.

Lindsey Smith had a goal and an assist for the Eagles.

Goalies Peyton Landy and Molly Bakrins each had 5 saves for Lakes.

Kelli Varney and Emily Miles each scored for Grant.

Goalie Lexi Werve had 8 saves for the Bulldogs.

Grayslake North 4, Woodstock 1: Sydney Paez had 2 goals and Corryn Smith and Lauren Davis each scored a goal and had an assist as Grayslake North rolled to the win. The Knights are now 10-4-2 on the season.

Lake Forest 3, Warren 2: Alliyah Parker scored both of Warren's goals.

Goalie Skylar Reilly had 3 saves while Lydia Sundberg had 1 save for the Blue Devils, who are now 7-6-1.

Mundelein 2, Lake Zurich 0: Emily Ollendick and Maya Strokosch each scored for Mundelein.

Goalie Lexi Pawlowski had 6 saves for the Mustangs.

Huntley 3, Jacobs 0: Taryn Jakubowski recorded 1 goal and 2 assists in the Red Raiders' win over the Golden Eagles in Fox Valley Conference Valley Division action.
