Bartlett Library hosted murder mystery night

For National Library Week (April 10-16), the Bartlett Library celebrated with the theme of "Whodunnit?" So, on Friday, April 15, 34 patrons attended the free participatory murder mystery that the library hosted.

The murder mystery was hosted by Over the Rainbow Productions and ran from 6:30-9 p.m.

Food and drinks were provided throughout the night, so patrons were able to grab quick snacks and get right back into solving the mystery.

Three prizes were awarded at the end of the night: The best patron performer won a wine tasting for 10 at Lynfred Winery; the patron with the most fake money won a voucher for two to the 20-minute escape room at Challenge Accepted; and the patron with the best costume won a mystery-themed basket filled with countless goodies.

Another upcoming Adult program at the Bartlett Library is the "Baby Fair" on Saturday, April 23 at 10 a.m. Local agencies will be on hand to provide information and resources for new and expectant parents.

For information and a complete listing of scheduled programs, call 630.837.2855 or visit www.bartlettlibrary.org.
