Real Urban BBQ's Passover menu

Let Real Urban BBQ feed your Passover needs with a large menu of meats, appetizers, sides and desserts. A special carryout menu, available Friday, April 22, through Saturday, April 30, is priced by the pound or the pan. Meats include a 14-hour smoked and sliced brisket with au jus and sliced smoked Michigan turkey breast. Also, choose from appetizers like matzo balls, matzo potato pancakes and salads; sides like buttermilk mashed potatoes, marinated and chilled asparagus, and oven-roasted Brussels sprouts; and desserts like chocolate toffee matzo, flourless chocolate cake and macaroons. Passover at Wildfire

For procrastinators, Wildfire in Lincolnshire and Glenview will do the cooking this Passover. Come in after 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, April 22-23, to take advantage of the Passover Club Menu, served family-style for groups of six or more. It features traditional dishes such as chopped liver, matzoh ball soup, matzoh-crusted fresh fish, braised brisket of beef and chocolate almond macaroons for $40.95 per person and $17.95 for children 12 and younger. Bub City Rosemont's weekend brunch

Rosemont's newest barbecue and live entertainment venue, Bub City, now offers a weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Much like the Bub City Chicago location, highlights include house-made cinnamon sticky buns; sausage, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches; and fried chicken and waffles. Fuller House's beer dinner

Meet California's Stone Brewing Company at a four-course beer dinner at Fuller House beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 26. Food pairings include buffalo shrimp; blood orange, arugula and fennel salad; roasted porchetta; and chocolate stout pudding.
