The printer maker agreed to be bought by Apex Technology and PAG Asia Capital for $40.50 per share, or $2.51 billion.

MGM Growth Properties LLC, up $1.01 to $22.01

The MGM Resorts real estate unit went public, and its offering priced at $1.05 billion, at the high end of its projections.

Discover Financial Services, up $4.29 to $56.84

The credit card issuer and lender's net income and revenue surpassed analyst estimates as loan volume improved.

VMWare Inc., up $7.07 to $58.53

The cloud computing company's first-quarter results were stronger than investors expected.

Coca-Cola Co., down $2.23 to $44.37

The beverage giant's sales continued to fall, and the strong dollar also hurt its results.

Textron Inc., up $1.86 to $39.91
