The beer maker reached a deal to sell Peroni and other brands to Japan's Asahi Group for $2.88 billion.

The operator of Chili's Grill & Bar reported disappointing quarterly revenue as sales at older restaurants slumped.

UnitedHealth Group Inc., up $2.69 to $130.50

The largest U.S. health insurance company raised its forecasts for the year after reporting strong results.

Netflix Inc., down $14.06 to $94.34

Investors were disappointed with the streaming video company's subscriber projections for the current quarter.

Illumina Inc., down $41.25 to $136.88

The genetic testing tools company forecast disappointing sales as revenue from its HiSeq devices weren't as good as it expected.

Rambus Inc., down $1.23 to $12.54

The memory chip designer forecast weak revenue for the second quarter.
