CHICAGO (AP) - A Chicago man has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in last June's shooting deaths of two men on the city's West Side.

Chicago Police say that 31-year-old Jose Ortiz was arrested on the city's southwest side on Friday.

Ortiz is suspected in the June 7 shooting deaths of 19-year-old Richard Rodriguez and 19-year-old Jossean Rueda. The men were driving in the Austin neighborhood when someone in another vehicle opened fire and killed both men.
