NAI Hiffman completes three transactions in Oak Brook

OAK BROOK - NAI Hiffman represented Oak Brook Promenade, LLC in three office transactions at Oak Brook Promenade, a retail center with second story office suites at 3011 Butterfield Road in Oak Brook.

Fusion Academy, a private school offering one-to-one classes, signed a new lease for 13,525 square feet. Product packaging firm, TricorBraun, renewed its lease for 9,038 square feet of office space. Another current tenant, KeyLimeTie, a full-service design development and digital strategy agency, is expanding its office space by 1,200 square feet.

Located along the corner of Butterfield Road and Meyers Road, Oak Brook Promenade offers second floor office suites with Class A finishes, prominent signage opportunities along I-88, and reserved underground parking. The suites are also approved to medical office users looking for a high-profile location conveniently located by restaurants, retail and entertainment.
