NAI Hiffman represents owner in Bedford Park sale

BEDFORD PARK - NAI Hiffman recently represented the owners in the 99,200-square-foot sale of 6969 W. 73rd St. in Bedford Park to Lifetronics.

The property is situated on 4.8 acres of land, fully fenced and is located near I-55, I-294 and Midway Airport.

The owner originally purchased the asset from Venture One who had obtained a Class 6b incentive for the property. The former tenant, Owens Corning, moved out of the property in early March; Lifetronics, a manufacturer of a variety of lighting products, will be moving to the building from its existing location in Harvey.

Larry Much, SIOR, Executive Vice President, Ben Cremer, Senior Vice President, and Michael Robbins, Vice President, with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group, represented ownership in the sale. Walter Murphy with Lee & Associates represented Lifetronics in the acquisition.
