Wrigley Field's new clubhouse features Sloan products
FRANKLIN PARK - The Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field are now even friendlier for the home team, thanks to a new state-of-the art home clubhouse.
The team's clubhouse, which expanded from 11,000 square feet to more than 30,000 square feet, features a lineup of Sloan products. As the world's leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems, Sloan and the Chicago Cubs have been connected in Wrigley Field since 1914.
"We're honored that our innovative and water efficient products are gracing the Cubs' clubhouse and are looking forward to another successful year both on and off the field," said Peggy Gilmore, manager of sports marketing at Sloan. "At Sloan, we are proud that our partnership with the Cubs at both Sloan Park and Wrigley Field can serve as another great double play combination in the team's storied history."
The new clubhouse's all-star lineup features Sloan products including sinks, sensor faucets and soap dispensers, toilets, urinals and flushometers. Sloan products are also featured throughout the legendary ballpark, which is currently undergoing a long-term restoration.
In 2015, Sloan became the club's official water efficiency partner. Sloan's products are helping the Cubs organization expand its ongoing sustainability efforts and improve the fan experience at Wrigley Field and Sloan Park, the team's spring training facility in Mesa, Arizona. Sloan's expertise in water efficiency will help the Cubs reduce their overall environmental impact.
