Glenbard forum looks at job prospects

Students and their parents are invited to learn about occupations in high demand and job prospects for tomorrow in "Career Trends: Planning for the Future."

The free program featuring Lynn Burks is presented by the African American Parent Committee: Families United For Students' Excellence and Glenbard Parent Series: Navigating Healthy Families.

The program begins at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 14, in the Little Theater at Glenbard South High School, 23W200 Butterfield Road, Glen Ellyn.

Burks is the internship director and a senior professor in DeVry University's College of Business and Management. She specializes in economics, experiential education, student persistence and success.
