1-2-3 Easy Taco's
1 tablespoon oil
1 pork loin, about 2 ½ pounds
Salt and pepper
1 jar medium jardinière pepper mix (12 ounce)
1 cup chicken broth
Cilantro
Onion
Heat oil in a large skillet, brown pork loin on all sides. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
Place meat with oil in a crock pot and add bottle of drained jardinière, then add chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve over corn tortillas topped with cilantro and diced onions.
