Grayslake North principal earns top award

Grayslake North High School Principal Dr. James Roscoe was recently named the 2016 Principal of the Year by the Lake Region of the Illinois Principals Association.

Roscoe will receive his award and be formally recognized by the Illinois Principals Association during its annual recognition breakfast Wednesday, April 13.

Dr. Roscoe pointed to the dedication, love, and "whatever it takes" attitude of his colleagues as being the reason behind his recognition. He brings leadership, wisdom, and selflessness to the role every day.
