Pandora Media Inc. (P), down $1.33 to $9.60

In a management shake-up, the streaming music company said co-founder Tim Westergren will replace Brian McAndrews as CEO.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. (HOT), up $1.62 to $83.75

The hotel chain said it received a new offer from potential buyers worth about $15 billion.

Time Warner Inc. (TWX), up $2.53 to $72.54

The company's film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" had a strong opening weekend, bringing in $424 million worldwide.

Avon Products Inc. (AVP), up 36 cents to $4.64

The cosmetics giant Avon Products said it reached a deal with activist investors that headed off a possible proxy fight.

Noble Energy Inc. (NBL), down $2.65 to $29.69

Israel's Supreme Court struck down a deal that would have given Noble the right to start pumping natural gas from offshore deposits.

Cal-Maine Foods Inc. (CALM), up $4.39 to $54.51

The egg producer's third-quarter profit and revenue were far stronger than analysts expected.

Gilead Sciences Inc. (GILD), up $1.14 to $92.46

A jury ordered Gilead to pay $200 million to rival Merck in a drug patent dispute, but Merck wanted far more.

Finish Line Inc. (FINL), up $2.32 to $21.39

An analyst for Jefferies said the athletic apparel retailer is getting its business back on track.
