Here's a look at some of the Easter week activities occurring in the Northwest suburbs.

Egg Hunts

Underwater EGGstravaganza: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, The Water Works, 505 N. Springinsguth Road, Schaumburg. Egg hunt, DJ, games and refreshments. Aqua Egg Hunt: 10 a.m. Friday, Splash Central, 700 S. Bartlett Road, Bartlett. Must preregister at the Park District Community Center front desk. Bring a bathing suit, towel and collection bake. Aqua Egg Hunt: 1 and 2 p.m. Saturday, Prairie Stone Sports & Wellness Center, 5050 Sedge Blvd., Hoffman Estates. Eggs, goodies, games and a visit from the Easter bunny. Maundy Thursday Worship: 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Peace Lutheran Church, 1050 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich. In ecumenical cooperation with St. Peter United Church of Christ, the combined choirs will present special music. The ceremony of foot washing will be observed and Holy Communion will be served.
