Health Department Offers Low-Cost Pet Vaccination Clinic in Grayslake

A new low-cost pet vaccination clinic season is starting with the Lake County Health Department/Community Health Center's Animal Care and Control Program joining the 4-H in offering a clinic from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, March 26. Each clinic provides a convenient and affordable way for Lake County residents to keep pets up to date with their shots and rabies tags. The March 26 clinic is also offering nail trims for a donation of $5 and proceeds benefit the 4-H.

Also new to this clinic in Grayslake will be the availability of Health Department experts who can answer questions and provide information about septic systems and water wells. Water test kits will be available as well as information about the importance of well maintenance and sealing of abandoned wells.
