Chicagoland Pet Expo runs through Sunday in Arlington Heights

The Chicagoland Family Pet Expo opened Friday at Arlington Park, 2200 W. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights.

Billed as the biggest family pet expo under one roof, the event features entertainment, demonstrations, products, hundreds of animal rescues, wiener dog races and other attractions.

The expo continues from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Admission is $10; or $5 for ages 3-12.

Parking is $7.
