Maine South Musicians at Pickwick Wednesday

Come out and support your local orchestra and local students tomorrow (Wed/March 16) night when they star together in concert at the Pickwick at 7:30 pm. The show, billed as "Russian Night", includes Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy, works by Prokofiev, and a grand finale of the famed 1812 Overture featuring 28 musicians from Maine South. "Rehearsal was fantastic" said PRCO conductor Victor Muenzer. "The students are well-prepared and sound great. We are very excited to play this piece together."

Tickets are available at the door in the Pickwick's main lobby starting at 6:30 Wednesday. All audience members are invited to stay for a post-concert reception (free with concert ticket) of fine food and drink, where they will have the opportunity to meet the musicians and conductor.
