MCC to host St. Patrick's Concert to feature Irish music, dance

Get ready for toe-tapping music when McHenry County College presents the popular St. Patrick's Day Concert featuring Irish music, folk songs and dance at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, in the Luecht Conference Center, 8900 Route 14 in Crystal Lake.

Following a round of Irish dances from the McNulty Irish Dancers, MCC music instructor Pat Gaughan and her duet partner, L.J. Slavin, will highlight the annual concert with traditional Irish favorites, ballads and instrumental tunes.

Together, they perform throughout the Midwest, playing at clubs, festivals, colleges, and headlining concert series.

The McNulty School of Irish Dance is one of the largest, most active dance schools in the Midwest. McNulty Dancers are recognized internationally as world, national and Midwest regional champions. Classes are available in Crystal Lake and throughout the Chicago area.
