Palatine Township Elementary School District 15 discusses teacher contract
A Daily Herald article that ran in some editions March 11 incorrectly stated the groups that were present at a Palatine Township Elementary School District 15 closed session meeting. The meeting only included members of the District 15 board.
The Palatine Township Elementary School District 15 board met March 9 in a closed session for an initial board discussion on contract negotiations with the teachers union.
Teachers' four-year contracts are up at the end of the school year, as are the contracts of school administrators. The current contract was approved unanimously by board members in June 2012.
