Mundelein parks planning meeting

The public is invited to join the Mundelein Park & Recreation District board and staff from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 12, at the Regent Center, 1200 Regent Drive, Mundelein, for discussion of a three- to five-year strategic plan. Those attending will have a chance to: review results of the communitywide survey; provide input on capital improvement ideas for existing parks and facilities; discuss program trends and ideas for new opportunities; share ideas for new parks or facilities; and, help shape the park district. The meeting begins with coffee and refreshments, and lunch will be served.
