Business Growth Workshop Aims to Help Mid-Market CEOs Overcome Obstacles to Achieving Sales Goals

GLEN ELLYN, Ill. (March 1) - Leaders of mid-market businesses focused on achieving rapid sales increases will find ideas for scaling up their business growth during a one-day workshop March 15 in Lombard.

David Baney, founder of 55 Questions LLC, and Ed Breclaw, CEO of Illinois Growth Advisors, will conduct the workshop, with content drawn from business author Verne Harnish's books, Scaling Up and Mastering the Rockefeller Habits. Attendees will learn the empowering benefits of attracting and keeping the right people, creating a differentiated business strategy, driving flawless execution and preserving cash to get through difficult economic conditions.

Registration fee is $595 for one or two attendees from the same company, $495 for groups of three or four attendees from the same company, and $395 for groups of five or more attendees from the same company. Doors open at 7:30a.m., with workshop sessions scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Workshop fees include breakfast and lunch.
