Chicago Red Stars announce NWSL season schedule
The Chicago Red Stars will open their fourth National Women's Soccer League season on the road April 16 against the Houston Dash, team officials announced Thursday.
The Red Stars will host their NWSL home opener at Toyota Park on April 23 against Western New York Flash.

The Red Stars, featuring U.S. National Team members Christen Press and Julie Johnston, will play home games at Toyota Park in Bridgeview. Local stars include Casey Short (Naperville), Vanessa DiBernardo (Naperville), Rachel Quon (Lake Forest), Michele Dalton (Mount Prospect) and Katie Naughton (Elk Grove Village).
