Rosemont's Park Tavern getting covered patios
The Park Tavern in Rosemont's entertainment district will be getting two covered outdoor patios, village officials said Wednesday.
Mayor Brad Stephens said the village will pay $130,000 to install the new roof coverings, which will allow the first floor patio and second floor Skybar space to be used during winter months. Large, removable panels will also be placed on the sides, much like an outdoor tent.
The village is charging Park Tavern additional rent to cover the costs.
