Stronger conservative needed in Dist. 6
Congressman Peter Roskam has been in Congress too long, and he no longer represents the majority of Republicans in the 6th District.
In December 2015, he voted for the omnibus law that spends about $1.1 trillion, including spending for Planned Parenthood. That law includes spending for President Obama's immigration policies, although many Republicans opposed it.
Roskam has a conservative Republican opponent, Dr. Jay Kinzler. He's an Army Reserve doctor and Lieutenant Colonel. He's the Elmhurst Hospital medical staff president.
If Jay becomes a congressman, he'll only support balanced budgets, and he wants to cut spending. He opposes giving federal funds to Planned Parenthood. He opposes Obama's amnesty policy for illegal immigrants.
He supports a strong military, reducing the debt, protecting the homeland, and cutting taxes to strengthen the economy.
He's not a career politician. He will get the job done.
Jay serves as a member of the Glen Ellyn Park District Board that has reigned in spending and earned a AA-plus bond rating.
I hope that all Republicans who live in Illinois' 6th Congressional District will vote for Dr. Kinzler on March 15.
