College of DuPage to Host Fourth Annual Career Fair Feb. 6

College of DuPage will host its fourth annual Career Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6, in the Physical Education Center, on the College's main campus, 425 Fawell Blvd., in Glen Ellyn.

This event is free and open to the public.

This event is designed to provide information and networking opportunities for job seekers who are unemployed or underemployed, looking to change careers, or recent graduates who are not yet employed in their chosen field. During the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with recruiters from dozens of local employers and discuss job opportunities.

All participating employers have open positions they are seeking to fill. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about educational opportunities offered by College of DuPage that can give job them an edge in a competitive job market.

Free workshops held throughout the week prior to the fair will prepare attendees to get the most from the fair, as well as provide job seekers with skills and strategies for a successful job search including resume preparation and review, making the most of LinkedIn and networking techniques.
