Brazilian defender Jemerson joins Monaco

MONACO (AP) - Brazilian defender Jemerson has signed a five-year contract with French league club Monaco.
The 23-year-old Jemerson is joining from Atletico Mineiro, where he won the Brazilian Cup in 2014.
Second in the league standings, Monaco signed another Brazilian player earlier this month when former international Vagner Love joined from Corinthians on an 18-month contract.
