Enjoy romantic jazz classics Feb. 7 at St. Charles library

The St. Charles Public Library will present "Love Songs by ZAZZ" at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, in the library's Carnegie Community Room, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

ZAZZ, an alternative jazz quintet, will perform both instrumental and vocal numbers from a varied repertoire including jazz standards, original melodies and Broadway tunes just in time for Valentine's Day.

Chicago suburban-based ZAZZ members are Deb Zelman, vocalist and clarinetist; Gail Sonkin, composer and pianist; Ken O'Neil, tenor saxophonist and flutist; Greg Zaborniak, drummer; and Julian Webb, bassist.

Since 1981, the library has featured a wide variety of musical performances.

The public is welcome and the concert is free to attend.
