State Bank of Geneva names new CEO

GENEVA - The State Bank of Geneva has named Christopher P. Barton to president, CEO and director.

Barton was most recently executive vice president of Community Bank-Wheaton/Glen Ellyn, and prior to that he was with the Gary-Wheaton Bank.

"Christopher has a passion for the role a community bank can play in building the community and serving businesses that makes him an excellent fit for The State Bank of Geneva." said Gregg Nelson, Chairman.
