Fox Valley Wildlife Center is a 501(c)(3) volunteer-based corporation, receiving no federal, state or local funding. It is state and federally licensed to care for the birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians that come into its care each year.

Follow www.facebook.com/FoxValleyWildlifeCenterInsider or twitter.com/fvwildlife to see the animals they are caring for, including a cormorant, a baby red-tailed hawk, baby raccoons, orphaned fawns and more.

Most of the animals at the center were caught by a cat, hit by a car, or tangled in fishing lines. The center's goal is to release these animals back in to the wild because they deserve a second chance.
