Elaine Tejcek Artwork at Des Plaines City Hall

An exhibit featuring the oil and watercolor paintings of Elaine Tejcek will be on display at the Des Plaines City Hall's Council Chambers, 1420 Miner Street, during the month of February. She is a long time member and past vice president of the Des Plaines Art Guild .

Elaine currently works in a representational manner. Her interests center around nature - flowers, birds, landscapes and still life. Elaine displays her artwork at many local art fairs and has received numerous purchase awards and acknowledgments for her work. Her paintings are in several private collections.

City Hall is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Anyone interested in joining the Des Plaines Art Guild can download a membership form at dpag.org.
