Homeless count volunteers sought

Lake County is seeking participants for the 2016 Point-In-Time Count on Jan. 27 and 28. A Point-In-Time Count is conducted annually to find out how many people are homeless in Lake County and to learn more about the homeless population. Volunteers either interview and count unsheltered homeless people at a given location or travel to known locations and soup kitchens to interview the homeless. Visit http://lakecountyhomeless.org/2016PointInTime.html to learn more about this event and how to volunteer.
