Man sentenced to 3 years for theft from Toby Keith's

A former employee of the now-shuttered Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill in Rosemont has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $3,600 from the restaurant.
In exchange for his guilty plea, Eugene Rogers, 46, of Chicago was sentenced Monday to three years in prison and ordered to pay $714 in fines.
He was charged with theft last year after prosecutors say he wired $3,642.75 from an account belonging to the Rosemont bar into his own account between July and November of 2014.
Rogers must complete at least half his sentence before he is eligible for parole.
