Dining events: Chef Amaury hosts pop-up dinner at Naperville's Tango Grill

Pop-up dinner with style

After a brief hiatus, chef Amaury Rosado is back with a pop-up dinner - a five-course event at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12, at Naperville's Tango Grill. Courses include seared sea scallops, Japanese sweet potato soup, pan-roasted fluke, wild boar tenderloin and chocolate tres leches. Amaury plans on offering other pop-up events around Naperville, Aurora and Chicago in the coming months to test out new menu items. The dinner costs $65 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
