Learn about 'Successful Aging from a Pro' at Jan. 24 program

The Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva, 110 S. Second St., will present "Successful Aging" at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 24. This event is free and the community is invited to attend.

"Successful Aging" will be presented by Al Drover, an octogenarian with a great sense of humor and first-hand experience in aging. Drover will talk about what has been helpful to him in maximizing his happiness and adaptability as he has aged. The program will be introduced and moderated by Peter Coe, PhD., a licensed clinical psychologist who has been in private practice for over 35 years.

Drover's presentation will be followed by a Q&A session, where attendees may address their own concerns about growing older.

This program is part of its ongoing mental health series. The event is free and open to the public; registration is not required. For more information, contact the church at office@uusg.org or (630) 232-2350.
