Gavin District 37 looking for new board member
Gavin Elementary School District 37 is looking for applicants to fill a vacancy on the school board.
Anyone interested should direct a letter to the superintendent at District 37, 25775 W. Route 134, Ingleside, IL 60041. The letter should be received by Feb. 5 and include reasons for wanting to serve on the board, history, and civic involvement.
The unexpired term runs until April 2017. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old, be a registered voter and be a resident of Illinois and District 37 for at least one year. Visit www.gavin37.org for more information.
