Bring the kids to a 'Winter Escape' Friday

Looking for something to do with the kids after the holidays? The Dundee Township Park District is presenting some great family entertainment with "Winter Escapes" on Friday, Jan. 8, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Rakow Center in the Senior Center wing, 665 Barrington Ave, Carpentersville.

The award-winning magician, Randy Bernstein, is extremely entertaining for both adults and kids. Sure to make the skeptics think twice and the kids-at-heart become younger, his show captures the audience's attention and sparks their imagination. A magician in the Chicago area for over 25 years, he is energetic, enthusiastic and gets the children involved in the performance.

The fee per person is $2 in advance or $3 at the door per person. Children, age 2 and younger, are admitted free. Bring the entire family for a full-filled evening. To register, visit www.dtpd.org.
