Free Fresh Start smoking cessation program offered at Presence St. Joseph

Did you make a New Year's Resolution to quit smoking? Help conquer those cigarette cravings by signing up for a free smoking cessation program offered by Presence St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin.

"Fresh Start" is a 4-week group program, sponsored by the American Cancer Society, and facilitated by Lisa Gomien, a registered nurse with Presence St. Joseph Hospital Community Health.

"Fresh Start" will be offered from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 19 through Feb. 9, in the St. Andrew Conference Room of Presence St. Joseph Hospital, 77 N. Airlite St.

Learn different tobacco cessation plans, put together your personal plan, and find ways to reduce stress and fight the urge to never pick up a tobacco product again!
