Tornado stories overlooked people

I have been a resident of Wildwood for the last 30 years. Our neighborhood was destroyed in the tornado this fall. I was disappointed to see that your coverage included a pizza place and the Grayslake High School roof, when many of us had our lives turned upside down.

A neighborhood, filled with huge trees is gone. It's not the same place we lived the day before. We are still trying to get our homes fixed, months down the road.

The story I would have liked to have seen was how this community bonded together to help one another. How BB'Q productions fed people for four days who had no power to cook.

I hope in the future, your stories are more based on the people instead of the business.
